Commercial Awning Project, Downtown New Bedford MA

We were recently tasked with refreshing the entrance awnings at a downtown New Bedford landmark, Plumbers Landing.  This resident occupied apartment complex needed a fresh new look, and with some burgundy awnings to accent the brick color, it looks like a whole new building.  Not only does the new color look better, but with the old tattered awnings replaced by new covers, residents will stay dry upon entry and exit.  In winter, keeping tenants’ points of ingress and egress free of snow and ice can be a major issue for a landlord.  Awnings are a great way to keep these high traffic areas safe without the hassle of constant maintenance.
